Monica J. Weil

Monica J. Weil is an organizational consultant and executive coach. She has operated her consulting practice, Lifeblood Consulting Group, Inc., since 2002 and has attracted both large and small life sciences clients such as Biogen Idec, Shire Pharmaceuticals Group, NitroMed, Cardiokine, Boston Scientific Corporation, UCB Research Inc., Epix Pharmaceuticals, and the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO). 

In addition to her work as a consultant, Ms. Weil has over 25 years of industry experience as an internal organizational consultant and human resources professional in the biopharmaceutical and consumer products industries. Her work in these industries has included recruiting and selection, executive coaching, and international/cross-cultural/cross-functional group and team development. As a result of her first-hand experience, she has acquired expertise regarding the impact of human dynamics on organizational effectiveness, corporate and individual performance, and growth and transformation. 

In 2002, Ms. Weil was awarded a Masters Degree from the highly regarded HEC School of Management (Paris, France), granted in conjunction with an International Diploma from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France) for successfully completing the innovative graduate degree program: “Coaching and Consulting for Change.” Her other educational credentials include an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology and a BA in Mathematics from Stonehill College in Massachusetts.

Joseph Tringali

Joe Tringali has been providing creative, cost effective recruiting solutions and services to the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical industries for more than two decades.  He is a seasoned contract recruiter who has developed overall recruitment strategies for his clients and subsequently worked with internal hiring organizations to meet their staffing requirements.

Joe has provided onsite services to numerous Biotechnology clients, including: Biogen Idec, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Ariad Pharmaceuticals, Creative Biomolecules/Stryker, TKT/Shire and Genetics Institute /Wyeth/Pfizer.  He brings to the client an ability to provide a clear recruitment strategy, identify/source passive and qualified candidates, manage both the candidate and the internal hiring process, coach line managers on marketplace dynamics and the recruiting process, and help the client best position itself and its recruiting message to successfully meet its staffing endpoints  His approach is consultative in nature and his diverse client base is a result of his reputation of  being knowledgeable and effective, The duration of his recruiting assignments has spanned periods of 6 months to six years (Biogen/Idec).  Earlier in his career, he has provided similar services to several defense contractors, including The Analytic Sciences Corporation (MA and DC locations), Honeywell Government Systems, GTE Government Systems, Dynamics Research Corp, and Science Applications International, Inc (SAIC).

When he is not serving a client onsite, Joe operates a highly ethical and successful contingency recruiting firm that serves the Boston Biotechnology community. He works with several clients to help them fill difficult staffing needs in the areas of Research/Development, Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs His client list includes firms such as Biogen Idec, Harvard, University, Interleukin Genetics, Genzyme Corporation, Ariad Pharmaceuticals, Acambis, AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Aeris Therapeutics, Galenea Corporation, BG Medicine, CuraGen, and Alnylam Pharmaceuticals. Joe recruits across most functional disciplines and levels in his business and often his assignments are staff positions at the Director level and above.

In addition, Joe is an invited speaker at several annual scientific conferences and  research institutes where he conducts  career workshops for the attending scientific community. Conferences/institutes include:  The Protein Society, Experimental Biology,  American Association of Immunologists, The National Institute of Health (NIH), The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), The Bone and Mineral Society, The Endocrine Society, The Society for Sexual Reproduction, The Biomedical Engineering Society, and The American Society for Human Genetics.
