Sales & Exhibits Manager

Growing scientific society is seeking a Sales & Exhibits Manager to market and sell exhibits and all society advertising opportunities, including publication ads, online ads, exhibitor presentations, meeting sponsorships, and corporate memberships.  Must have experience developing strategic marketing/sales plans and direct mail and e-mail marketing campaigns. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.  Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.   Five years experience required.  Non-profit and database experience helpful.  When submitting resume, please detail total number of exhibits sold and total number of convention attendees for each show.  Also include sales communication samples.  Excellent benefits. Membership Marketing Coordinator

Growing scientific society is seeking a Membership Marketing Coordinator with 1-4 years’ experience in non-profit membership association or customer-service positions. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: coordinating all methods of communication between Membership Marketing Department and members, prospects, vendors and internal customers; coordinating renewal and marketing prospect efforts/emails/mailings; maintaining accurate member and non-member records; processing member applications, dues, payments, and meetings registrations; analyzing departmental reports and recommending marketing initiatives based on data; working with Membership Committee; assist in the design and layout of marketing emails and collateral. Email marketing and association database experience is a plus. Data entry experience helpful. Successful applicants must be hard workers with initiative; excellent organizational skills; have attention to detail, ability to multi-task, excellent writing skills; and display strong customer service skills.
