Badges

Registration badges will not be mailed, but will be available for pick up in the registration area of the Beijing Friendship Hotel. Admission to all scientific sessions, poster area, and social functions require a badge.

Registration Reminders

After you have completed your registration to attend the meeting, don’t forget to:

1. Complete your abstract submission.
2. Complete the application to obtain a letter of invitation for visa.
3. Make your transportation arrangements to Beijing.
4. Book your hotel room.

Printed Proceedings

All registered attendees will receive a printed proceedings on-site at the conference.
