Registration Reminders

After you have completed your registration to attend the meeting, don’t forget to:

  1. Complete your abstract submission. Remember: if you have only paid $55, you are NOT registered for the meeting (this fee is only to complete the abstract submission).
  2. Make your air and/or ground transportation arrangements to San Francisco, California.
  3. Book your hotel room through the Biophysical Society Housing Bureau to ensure you get the best rates offered for the Annual Meeting.

Abstracts CD/Supplement to the Biophysical Journal

All regular abstracts submitted by October 4, 2009, and accepted by the Program Committee will be published as a supplement to the Biophysical Journal. All registered attendees will receive a CD of the supplement on-site.

Printed Program and Online Program Planner

All registered attendees will receive a printed copy of the Annual Meeting Program on-site at the conference. Beginning January 11, 2010, attendees may view abstracts submitted to Symposia, Workshops, Minisymposia, Platforms, and Poster Sessions for each day of the meeting through the online Itinerary Planner. Attendees may also use this planner to create their own personal itineraries for session attendance and poster viewing at the meeting.
