Registration Includes:

  • welcome reception, breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, and 1 banquet
  • sleeping accommodations for 5 nights

Badges

Registration badges will not be mailed, but will be available for pick up onsite in the registration area.
Admission to all scientific sessions, poster area, and social functions require a badge.

Badge Replacement Policy

All badges are available on site for pick up.  Badges are required for admittance to all scientific sessions, poster area, exhibits, and social functions. Please remember to keep your badge with you at all times.

Requests for registration cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to the BPS Office and postmarked by May 5, 2025. No refund requests will be granted after that date. A $50 fee will be deducted from all registration cancellation refunds. Registrations are not transferable.
