Badges

Registration badges will not be mailed, but will be available for pick up onsite in the registration area. Admission to all scientific sessions, poster area, and social functions require a badge.

Registration Reminders

After you have completed your registration to attend the meeting, remember to:

Complete the student housing form or the attendee housing form.
Complete your abstract submission.
Make your transportation arrangements to Oxford.
Apply for a visa, if necessary.

Online E-book

An online program will be available one month prior to the meeting for registered attendees to upload or print.

What Does Registration Include?

Registration for Oxford residents includes admission to all scientific sessions and poster area, printed daily schedule, breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and a dinner banquet. Sleeping accommodations are not included.

Badge Replacement Policy

All badges are available on site for pick up. Badges are required for admittance to all scientific sessions, poster area, and social functions. Please remember to keep your badge with you at all times.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Requests for registration cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to the BPS Office and postmarked by April 26, 2027. No refund requests will be granted after that date. A $50 fee will be deducted from all registration cancellation refunds. Registrations are not transferable.
