Train
From Heathrow Airport, reaching Oxford by rail requires traveling into central London first. You will board either the Heathrow Express or the Elizabeth Line to London Paddington Station, where you will transfer to a direct Great Western Railway (GWR) train to Oxford Station. The complete journey takes between 1 hour 15 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes, costing anywhere from £30 to over £85 one-way depending on how early you book.
From Birmingham Airport, direct trains depart right from Birmingham International Station, which you can reach in two minutes via the free, automated Air-Rail Link monorail on the upper floor of Terminal 1. Advance tickets purchased on apps like Trainline cost just £9 to £13, though buying a ticket on the day of travel will increase the price to £30 or £50.

Public transport in Oxford City
From Oxford Train Station: To reach Keble College, walking east via George Street, Broad Street, and north up Parks Road takes about 18 minutes.
