Registration rates for the meeting include registration, shared sleeping accommodations, breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, and dinners.
Registrations are non-transferable. See below for cancellation policies.

Badges

Registration badges will not be mailed, but will be available for pick up onsite in the registration area. Admission to all scientific sessions, poster area, and social functions require a badge.

Registration Reminders

After you have completed your registration to attend the meeting, remember to:

  1. Complete and submit your housing form.
  2. Complete your abstract submission.
  3. Make your travel arrangements to Bangalore.
  4. Apply for a visa.

Online Program

An online program will be available one month prior to the meeting for registered attendees to upload or print.

Badge Replacement Policy

All badges will be available on site when checking into your housing accommodation. Badges are required for admittance to all scientific sessions, poster area, and social functions. Please remember to keep your badge with you at all times.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Requests for registration cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to the BPS Office and postmarked by July 21, 2025. No refund requests will be granted after that date. A $50 fee will be deducted from all registration cancellation refunds. Registrations are not transferable.
