During my participation at the Biophysical Society 67th Annual Meeting being held February 18-22, 2023, in San Diego, California, I will abide by all guidance, recommendations and requirements to reduce the transmission of COVID-19, including but not limited to, engaging in appropriate social distancing, wearing a mask in public areas, if required, and observing rules of room capacity limits. I will self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19, and if I experience one or more symptoms, will remove myself from interaction with others and continue to monitor my symptoms. I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Biophysical Society, its employees, officers, agents, contractors, sponsors, and sponsored venues, of and from any claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to my voluntary attendance at the Biophysical Society Annual Meeting, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during or after participation in the Annual Meeting.
