Payments, Cancellations, & Refunds

Full payment of Virtual Booth Space and/or Sponsorship are due upon submission of a contract.
Cancellation of Virtual Booth Space and/or Sponsorship must be directed in writing to BPS. The date of receipt will be used as the official cancellation date. Virtual Booth Space and/or Sponsorship sales are final. 
Refunds will not be given for any cancellations at any time.
