make sure to have the QR code email ready when arriving at the Moscone Center.

All vaccinations will need to be verified no later than February 9, 2022, 11:59 PM, USA Eastern.
A negative COVID test or exemptions will NOT be accepted and there will  be NO on-site registration.

International Travel

If you plan to travel internationally, you will need to get a COVID-19 viral test (regardless of vaccination status or citizenship) no more than 1 day before you travel by air into the United States. You must show your negative result to the airlines before you board your flight.

Please visit the CDC (Center for Disease Control & Prevention) for continually updated information.

When Arriving at the Moscone Center

BPS has chosen an entry and proof of vaccination protocol that balances safety and convenience.  Proof of vaccination will be checked at the Moscone South doors.  After showing proof, you may proceed to the badge pick up area to pick up your badge.  Signs will be posted with instructions, and we ask for your patience as we move people into the building.

Tips to be prepared and expedite your entrance:

  • Wear your mask

  • Have proof vaccination QR code and identification in hand

  • Follow the instructions to pick up your badge

Please remember anyone NOT registered in advance, guest/spouse etc. will not be allowed entry.
