The Society welcomes groups of members, organized along scientific or geographic boundaries, to hold an ancillary meeting during the Annual Meeting.  The primary purpose of an ancillary meeting is to provide a social or networking opportunity but not a scientific meeting or session.  Please note that ancillary meetings may not be scheduled in conflict with scientific sessions at the Biophysical Society Annual Meeting. If approved by the Society, groups holding ancillary meetings will be provided space in the convention center for their events and the time and location of the event will be listed in the printed program.
