Ancillary Meetings

Please note that ancillary meetings may not be scheduled in conflict with scientific sessions at the Biophysical Society Annual Meeting.

2010 Preliminary Event Schedule

Requests for meeting space must be submitted in writing to the Biophysical Society office no later than Friday, October 2, 2009.

Your request must include the following:

• A description of the meeting and its purpose
• Estimated attendance
• Desired room setup
• A statement of how the meeting, if approved, wishes to be announced in the Program

The Biophysical Society is a scientific and international organization, and each request will be evaluated on these two criteria.
