The 4th Mechanobiology Workshop and Biophysical Society Joint Meeting
The importance of actin in areas from metastasis to muscle contraction to transcriptional regulation in the nucelus is widely appreciated. This meeting is co-organized by the Biophysical Society and the National University of Singapore's Mechanobiology Institute (http://mbi.nus.edu.sg/)
The meeting, which is co-sponsored by WABIOS and the JSPS, will take place in The Shaw Foundation Alumni House Auditorium of the NUS (https://www.alumnet.nus.edu.sg/InnerPage.aspx?menuid=275) and will highlight a number of themes, including:
- Mechanisms of Actin-based Motility
- Nuclear Structure and Mechanics
- Cytoskeleton Dynamics and Regulation
