It has come to our attention that several companies are inaccurately representing themselves as our “housing vendor” offering to make hotel reservations for you.
Please DO NOT provide any personal information, flight information, or credit card information over the phone or via email. BPS is not affiliated in any way with any travel agency. Entering financial agreements with non-endorsed companies could result in financial charges with no guarantees of accommodations.
All housing will be managed by the Biophysical Society. Please contact [email protected] with any questions.

Accommodations at Granlibakken Tahoe are included in the registration fee. A housing form must be completed and sent to the Society Office at the time of registration in order for your meeting registration to be finalized.
