Registration

 
Proof of Vaccination Required for all Meeting Participants As safety is of utmost importance to the Biophysical Society, as well as the health and well-being of our members, community, and staff, we will be requiring verification of vaccination to attend this meeting. Whether you are a presenter, attendee, guest, or staff you will be required to be fully vaccinated. Exemptions will not be accepted. FDA-authorized vaccines or vaccines authorized for emergency use by the World Health Organization are acceptable. This process will be very simple and complete instructions will be provided after the early registration deadline of March 21, 2022.

Registration rates for the meeting include registration, sleeping room, and meals.

NOTE: All meeting attendees must complete the housing form and submit to the Society Office at the time of registration in order for registration to be finalized.  

GUESTS: If you are bringing a guest, please complete the guest information on the housing form.  Guests are required to pay a daily fee of $85.00.  This fee is inclusive of meals and lodging. Children under the age of 4 are free.

Registrations are non-transferable. See below for cancellation policies.

 

Child care grants up to $500 per family are available for BPS Conference meeting attendees to apply for who will incur extra expenses for childcare during the meeting or bringing children to the meeting.  For more information and to apply, click here.

Registration badges will not be mailed, but will be available for pick up onsite in the registration area. Admission to all scientific sessions, poster area, and social functions require a badge.

After you have completed your registration to attend the meeting, remember to:

  1. Complete the student housing form or the attendee housing form.
  2. Complete your abstract submission.
  3. Make your transportation arrangements to Tahoe.
  4. Apply for a visa, if necessary.

An online program will be available one month prior to the meeting for registered attendees to upload or print.

All badges are available on site for pick up. Badges are required for admittance to all scientific sessions, poster area, exhibits, and social functions. Please remember to keep your badge with you at all times.

Requests for registration cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to the BPS Office and postmarked by March 21, 2022. No refund requests will be granted after that date. A $30 fee will be deducted from all registration cancellation refunds. Registrations are not transferable.
