Badge Replacement Policy

Badges are required for admittance to all scientific sessions, subgroups, poster area, exhibits, and social functions. Please remember to keep your badge with you at all times. There will be a $20 processing fee to replace your badge on-site.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Requests for registration cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to the Society Office and postmarked by January 8, 2014. No refund requests will be granted after that date. A $30 fee will be deducted from all registration cancellation refunds. Combo rates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
