Exhibit Booth Sales Open! Exhibiting at the joint BPS/IUPAB Meeting offers many unique benefits. In addition to space in the exhibit hall, exhibitors receive recognition in the 2008 Meeting Program, a link from the BPS website, access to the BPS employment service, and exclusive right to rent the 2008 attendee mailing list. With exhibits open February 3-5, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, the 2008 Meeting offers tremendous opportunity to gain exposure among thousands of diverse buyers interested in lab equipment, research supplies, instruments, publishers and more. These high profile scientists collectively represent $945 million in NIH research funding as well as being the qualified buyers you want and expect to see!
Promotional Tools for Exhibitors We encourage all exhibitors to consider the exclusive promotional tools available through the Society to help maximize the exhibiting experience. Once again, we are offering exhibitors an opportunity to rent presentation rooms to demonstrate their products and methods to as many as 200 interested buyers at one time. Presentations are a great way to introduce new products and encourage attendees to visit your booth. BPS also offers display and online advertising in its publications: Biophysical Journal and Abstracts Issue, Newsletter and Annual Meeting Program.
