Badge Replacement Policy
All badges are available on site for pick up. Badges are required for admittance to all scientific sessions, poster area, exhibits, and social functions. Please remember to keep your badge with you at all times.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Requests for registration cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to the BPS Office and postmarked by June 12, 2014. No refund requests will be granted after that date. A $30 fee will be deducted from all registration cancellation refunds. Registrations are not transferable.
