Exhibits of the most advanced laboratory equipment, supplies, publications, computer software, and other products and services will be on display in the Convention Center February 26 through February 28, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Over 155 companies signed up to exhibit in 2011 just to meet you!
When in the Exhibit Hall, don’t forget to enter the Society’s drawing for an amazing raffle prize. To enter, simply visit exhibitors to receive entries for the raffle. The more exhibitors you visit, the more chances you’ll have to win. Then, drop your entry off at the Society booth located just outside the hall.
Also remember to bring your Exhibitor Coupon Booklet. The coupon booklet contains exhibitor coupons for special meeting deals, discounts, or information on raffles they may have in their booths. Pick up a coupon booklet at the registration counters while supplies last.
Once again, coffee breaks will be held in the hall at 10:00 AM each day exhibits are open. An afternoon snack break will be available at 2:00 PM.
To showcase the artistic side of scientific imaging, BPS members attending the 2012 Annual Meeting can vote for the winner of the Biophysical Society's 2nd Annual The Art of Science Image Contest in the exhibit hall! Use the tickets on your badge to cast your vote for your favorite image. View last year's winners.
