Get Noticed at the Annual Meeting and Beyond... Sponsorship Opportunities

Due to its popularity, the Cyber Café is back. Attendees may use the computers provided to check their e-mail and use the online itinerary planner. Sponsors have their homepage up on each computer they sponsor. Sponsor one, five, or all ten; there is always a line at the Cyber Café!

Place an 8 ½ x 11, one-sheet insert in 2,500 Annual Meeting totes. You supply and ship your marketing piece and we’ll have it stuffed. Double your sponsorship and we’ll stuff your piece in all the bags! If you advertise in the Annual Meeting Program Guide, a discounted rate is available.

This event welcomes all attendees and gives them the opportunity to catch up with old friends and perhaps make new ones. This is a heavily-trafficked event and is open to all. Last year’s reception hosted 3,000 attendees!

On Sunday, March 6, at 6:00 PM, the Student Research Achievement Award Poster Competition will be held. Students give a five- to ten-minute presentation of their posters to one or more judges. These prestigious awards are presented at the Monday evening, standing-room-only Awards Ceremony with the President of the Society thanking you for your sponsorship to all in attendance.

All new Society members are invited to participate in an informal setting to meet members of the Society’s Council, Executive Board and Committees. It is a wonderful chance for new members to learn about the Society’s activities. The reception will take place on Monday, March 7 at 10:30 AM and as a sponsor, you are invited!

These awards help students across the world attend our Annual Meeting. A sponsorship enables one or two students’ travel to the Meeting.

There are 21 symposia available for sponsorship. The two-hour symposia are held concurrently, from 8:15 AM–10:15 AM, 10:45 AM–12:45 PM, and 4:00 PM–6:00 PM, Sunday through Wednesday. The symposia feature influential scientists from all over the world and attract excellent attendance.

Five workshops are available for exclusive sponsorship. Workshops focus on the various methods and techniques used in biophysical experiments. The estimated attendance is 1,500 people at each workshop.
